The girls made their predictions separately, but you’d be surprised how well they actually go together. From demonizing protein to Bloom (potentially) getting sued, they cover quite a bit.     already you know about diet and wellness culture so a lot of them kind of stem from current things as you might might

    think there is going to finally be the demonization of protein we've had our

    anti- carb our anti fat back in the 90s and before I think it's finally going to be proteins time I mean there is a

    current sub group of people the the the raw vegans who they don't really

    demonize protein they just say that we don't really need much and of course we have the opposite Spectrum where it's

    just like two grams per pound of body weight per day so yeah I think we're

    gonna finally have like the middle ground or no even more so than the raw vegans where it's like no protein your

    body can create it on its own by breaking down your muscle mass you don't even need muscle mass basically keto

    ketosis but with protein is my prediction yeah it's about time it's

    about time that macronutrient get we're duper the carps have been demonized for

    many many years now it's time for the switch to happen for the people to turn on the next macronutrient and protein's

    going to be it I think so too I think if not protein Maybe fat will have its

    moment again the lowfat diet I feel like those two might just kind of go back and forth for all eternity trying to think

    of what people be eating will they be putting like butter on their

    celery God I know and it's tricky because like even fruits and veggies have a little bit of protein in there

    it's gonna be a hard one to to make happen we'll see how people approach the

    bloodstream you see like like shakes being made like that'd be weird because

    like right now like carbo fat we need to trademark these things

    pill that will people always do say like I wish there was a pill I could just take instead of eating usually from a

    disordered mindset so that's a good that's a good one to say I think that definitely will be a thing not going to

    be third party tested we'll throw that out there it'll be something that magically has all of your carbs and fat

    and your veggies and your fiber and no protein because that's what the TR will

    be in 2024 it's going to be like a massive glucose tablet

    it hopefully it's small enough to be swallowed whole or else it's gonna be disgusting he'll probably like a huge

    horse pill and they'll do different color they'll say like different colors mean different things but they're all going to be the same different fruits

    and veggies I bet you to like have like a schedule where like Monday is orange

    Tuesday is red I if not this upcoming year I think that will become a thing

    eventually because it's been talked about for so long sort of jokingly but also not there's a market for it so

    very excited about rhubarb is going to have a moment sort of like cottage

    cheese had its moment 20 2023 rhubarb is gonna be like the It Girl of the summer

    in 2024 I can't see that happening it's like an obscure enough vegetable that

    like I feel like people aren't using it that often yeah it's kind of like the

    already seen it with intuitive eating we've already seen like some like weight loss I guess like I've seen a lot of

    accounts like preaching food freedom and how they lost weight with it I think

    there's going to be something like n or something maybe not I don't know if a program like that but there's just going

    to be more advertising for trying to take over the food Freedom space yeah catering to weight loss it's

    like something that does already exist is the Whole 30 food Freedom book I made

    a YouTube video about that recently talking about how doing Whole 30 which

    is like insanely restrictive will help you really identify your cravings and

    the foods that your body feels the best with by cutting out things that almost everybody tolerates

    yeah I think that's definitely going to be a thing and tying that I can have one of mine kind of going out of order tie

    into that I think there is going to be more coming to the surface about the

    long-term effects of the injectables like OIC and mararo we're gonna just continue to get

    stories about how people are reacting to that after being on it for six months a

    year and longer and I think along with Weight Watchers in no offering those

    train I I'm nervous to see what comes out after the long-term effects of these

    these weight loss meds will continue to try to take over that like intuitive of eating non-diet language like use OIC to

    improve your relationship with food which is already happening that's already something that is being

    verbalized that is a more in-depth combo to be had because I think what they mean

    is something different like the people who say that but I think that will continue to be said they G to try to

    celery juice hype I think I don't know if it's going to be juicy in general it

    I mean rhubarb is basically the fruit version of celery so that makes so much sense but I feel like rhubarb's so much

    I guess even more it's already is kind of a thing as all describe even more highly processed foods that are often

    demonized that are going to be glorified by Wellness culture so we already have

    like the wellness sodas the hollipops the poppies those guys that will keep being a thing for a little while I think

    we're also going to get though like a wellness Ramen which is gonna be so expensive and

    inaccessible oh yeah Wellness hot dogs same idea super expensive can't actually

    afford it and the the kicker GNA be they're going to be so similar in terms of nutrient composition to the the

    regular Ramen and hot dogs y my other one was just Wellness cereal which kind of already is the thing there's all

    kinds of like keto cereals high fiber whatever but there's going to be more of

    that I think too because cereal is often very demonized as a processed food when I saw your notes on this I was like oh

    my gosh yes especially the ramen Ramen Ramen like there's so much rise in

    popularity around different ramens on Tik Tok there's 100% going to be a wellness Ramen I mean it's it's also

    just so demonized and it's like known as like the poor person's food it's so cheap so they're going to make it into

    the super expensive version that is going to make you feel guilty for eating regular Ramen even more than you

    probably are already do yeah because you can't afford the wellness Ramen that's

    like $6 a pack yeah and it's literally the same like same amount of sodium no

    extra vitamins and minerals I don't know what they're going to put in it yet I haven't gotten that far into my thought process but it's gonna rhubarb oh my

    gosh rhubarb is gonna be everywhere poor rhar is already getting

    abused it's having it's getting cauliflower treatment oh my gosh but yeah 100% just

    making problems where there don't need to be problems and creating guilt where

    we don't need anymore I feel like potato chips are kind of already there like with like the veggie straws and that sort of thing but I could see that

    continuing to grow too just any like regularly demonized highly processed food like that W car is gonna take it

    over and find a way healthy clean version yeah I feel like my next one

    might kind of go into that as well I mean yeah I think in the I'm GNA say

    General scope because in Asian culture this is not true but well it is true but

    like in a good way I think white rice is going to have a complete 180 and that people are going to start

    demonizing like brown rice and wild rice um and white rice

    will be put on top yeah quinoa is going to get kicked to the curb they're going

    to hate quinoa too much protein in the quinoa oh my gosh this makes so much

    sense we're Geniuses so smart someone hire us we are marketing

    and then the prices are going to go up of white rice and all the Asian people will be mad myself

    included that's warranted I think my next one I just thought of something funny it is going to be Prebiotic and

    probiotic energy drinks so again like kind of like the ollipop and the poppy but it's going to be like energy drinks

    there will be a rhubarb flavor I just thought of that yes absolutely there will be I feel like things like Celsius

    they kind of market like adding like a ton of vitamins and minerals and stuff but I feel it's going to be like even more like wellness girly like green

    juice type energy drink sort of thing that makes me nervous because I would

    poop my pants like I'm scared of alipop I

    haven't tried ollipop yet because I'm afraid it's a lot of fiber I'm an IBS girl so yeah I tread

    it's a trend but I think this is going to happen it's just a matter of time I think Bloom is g to fall into a huge

    lawsuit because of the lack of disclosure around their influencer

    collaborations it's gonna be like Herbal Life when they had their whole FTC y people are G there's gonna be like

    effects of it people weren't like they're like oh I didn't know this was an ad it's going to be the marketing world

    is not going to be happy and someone's going to come after them people keep talking about like the shift in tone of

    influencing like hopefully for the better where it's like it's not going to be the doled up stereotypical like hot

    girls who are like the influencers who are like way out of touch they're saying it's going to be like those who are just

    mac and cheese Chris Olen from Tik Tock with Quaker Oatmeal like people with no relation to

    food promoting these foods like collabing with them and that's on brand of your processed foods coming to light

    that are more accessible and cheaper and then all the people will buy this the

    prices will go up and they won't be as accessible or watch craft mac and cheese

    partner with Kim Kardashian to make like a wellness mac and cheese with

    rhubarb with rhubarb okay there will be a rhubarb oatmeal though kind like the apple

    otherwise um I was trying to think of like other like makeup influencers that

    something Nestle she'll have like her own brand of cereal or like her own chocolate chips she would do something

    to somehow make it makeup friendly a food that you can eat but also goes on

    back oh at that time it's going to be low protein powdered peanut butter that
