Be sure to tune in for a great convo on cooking and embracing food freedom!

Jessi has been a dietitian since 2013 and has a passion for helping people trust their intuition in the kitchen to make cooking simple and fun. She finds that the diet focused culture has taken the joy out of cooking which is what she helps people restore. She shares bite sized tips, recipes, cooking classes and more both on her social channels, blog, and private Kitchen VIP community. Jessi is married to her husband Steve and is a mom to one two year old, Lincoln with a second little nugget on the way.
